We have a variety of packages that come in white, black and orange. More colour options coming soon. If you don’t see a colour that you want please directly request. When booking please let us know exactly what colours you like and any add-ons.

All packages come with mats, setups and takedowns free of charge. All package hire times are 2-4 hours. Please see our booking information for extra time and costs. All packages are a set price and are non-negotiable unless we have a discount on them. However, if you are looking for something different to our packages, please just message us to discuss. We can cater to your needs and give you a quote for exactly what you are looking for. You can add any of our add-ons to your package for an extra charge. Please note if you want to book a package, this does automatically include travel costs.

Rules of Booking

All rules should be followed at all times on the day of your booking. Failure to adhere to the rules may result in damage to our equipment and loss of deposits. We want children to enjoy, have fun and make magical memories! We must go through the Rules and Terms of service on the day. We advise letting other parents know the rules to avoid any accidents or damages.

Extra Information

All equipment is cleaned and sanitised before and after every booking We want to ensure the children are safe by making sure the equipment is germ-free.

We expect equipment to be in the same condition as how we left it and treat our equipment just like you would at home. We like to keep our equipment to a high standard, so looking after it on hire is a must. Remember we may have a booking after yours and want everyone to enjoy it.

Booking Information

Hire time, extra time & working hours

Our standard hire time is 2-4 hours. If you would like to extend the hire time you can at an extra charge. of £30 per hour (extended time). You will need to let us know when booking if extra time is needed. We may not have the availability for extra time if you let us know closer to your booking ending time. It can be requested but we can not promise that we can extend your time on the day.

Our working hours are Monday-Sunday 9:00 am-18:00. Bookings made out of these hours mean that there will be an extra charge of £30 per hour (out of hours). This includes setting up takedowns running into our time.

Location and Travel

We travel up to a 15-mile radius completely free of charge. Locations over the 15 miles will be charged at a standard rate of £3 per mile.

The maximum number of miles we travel is 30 miles. Locations further than that we don’t cover. We cover East London, North London South Londong Soth East London, Essex and the Waltham Cross/Cheshunt area. Please provide us with the hire address and postcode when enquiring so we can see your exact location. We will let you know if there will be any extra travel costs.

We require the following to book:

– Time and date

– Location

– Venue

– Package

Once the date and information has been confirmed, the following will happen:

You will receive an email confirmation of your booking with all information included and our terms and service. The terms of service need to be signed and forwarded back to us ASAP!

A non-refundable deposit is taken at the time of your booking. The balance remaining will be taken 48 hours before your booking. Please note that we are fully insured and proof of liability insurance can be provided

Weather Condition

Outdoor hires are seasonal, from May to September. As we know, British weather is unreliable and unpredictable, even in the summer months. This means that booking outdoor hires comes with risks. If you are planning to have an outdoor hire, we recommend that you have some indoor alternative space. This is to avoid disappointment on the day if we have forecast rain. If it is forecast to rain 48 hours before your booking, we have no choice but to cancel your booking or reschedule your booking for a different date unless you have indoor space. Please understand that soft play or inflatables can not be set up in the rain. It is dangerous for our staff and the children. because of the risk of accident and injury. Please be kind and remember we don’t control the weather No outdoor bookings between October and April.
